Bob helped establish our parent company, Advanced Telecom Services in 1989. He has driven the transitions the company has gone through as technology has progressed. He started the company as a telephone company. Then the company offered internet services. Currently, the company has morphed into a mobile marketing company offering social and digital advertising, responsive web design, app development, text message marketing, interactive voice response and video production. Since he has collected a large bank of knowledge about the mobile marketing industry, Bob published a 354 page mobile marketing book, Relevance Raises Response: How to Engage and Acquire with Mobile Marketing. The book has also been adopted as the official mobile marketing textbook for the graduate level course Bob teaches at The University of Denver.
Frank joined the ATS team in 1995 and currently oversees all technical activities to support the company’s automated telephone, web and mobile services. Before coming to ATS, he spent 15 years with AT&T Bell Laboratories as a systems engineer, software developer, and technology and business manager. Frank holds a Masters Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a dual bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Rutgers University.
She oversees the billing department at the company and her department provides customer support. Margie has seen her role grow from billing manager to heading up the client services department. She was instrumental in the company’s recent move to providing mobile advertising services to its mobile clients. Prior to joining ATS, Margie worked for 14 years as the customer service manager at Varallo Reporting, Inc. — a court reporting company in Philadelphia and Media, PA. Margie is a graduate of Villanova University with a BA in Finance.
